AN AMENDMENT TO SHELBY
COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2001-2
An ordinance amending
Shelby County Ordinance No. 2001-2,
which identifies the following described
real estate as being zoned agricultural:
A parcel of land in the
NW¼ NE¼ Section 9-78-39 laying along
the east side of Highway 59, extending
300 feet east of the centerline said of
Highway 59 and extending 675 feet south
of centerline of County Route F-58.
Whereas, the property
described above would be better utilized
if it were zoned “I-1” Light Industrial
and
Whereas, said amendment
to Shelby County Zoning Ordinance would
be in the best interest of the county,
Be it enacted by the
Shelby County Board of Supervisors of
Shelby County, Iowa that said Shelby
County Ordinance No. 2001-2 be amended
to show the above described real estate
as being zoned “I-1” Light Industrial
rather than Agricultural.

day of November, 2001.
