AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SHELBY COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 1980-1
"ORDINANCE ADOPTION PROCEDURE"

BE IT ENACTED, by the Shelby County Board of Supervisors that Shelby County Ordinance No. 1980-1 is deleted in full and that Shelby County will follow the guidelines as set out in Chapter 331.302 of the 1993 Code of Iowa relating to the adoption, amendment and repeal of ordinances.
