AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT OF SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS, AS STATED IN CHAPTER 15 OF THE IOWA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, FOR SHELBY COUNTY, IOWA.

WHEREAS, the State of Iowa has enacted legislation setting the standards for swimming pools and spas in the State, and

WHEREAS, the Iowa Department of Public Health has adopted rules to implement the said statutory provisions.

BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Supervisors of Shelby County, Iowa, that the said Chapter 15 of Iowa Administrative Code in its entirety shall, henceforth, be the rules for swimming polls and spas inspections and enforcement of Shelby County.

Adopted and passed by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Shelby this 10th day of April, 1990.
